Sylvia is the Guardian of the Sea Dragon Tribe. It'll be summoned by Pesaktu during the Zulu Island Arc. It will be defeated by Kang Jinhyuk and become his ally.[1]

Sylia resembles a majestic eagle of white-blue color. It has giant eagle wings, whiskers reminiscent of Chinese dragons, and a sapphire blue stone on the forehead.[2]
