- Restrains Breaker
The user is able to be partially or completely unbound from certain restrains.
When the user chooses to unbound one restrain, the specific restrain will not appear until either it is completely deactivated or until the user choses the other type of ability.
When the user choses to completely unbound all the restrains from itself or someone/something else, it will be active for only 10 minutes, afterwards it will be unavailable to use until this ability cooldown is over.
